I originally wanted this to be a thread about how many WIPs people have going on, but that made me wonder... How many is too many? How many WIPs do you have, and how many do you let yourself work on at a time when the idea pool overwhelms you?
I have... 3 four panel comics, 3-4 full mangas, and two non-comic projects I'm using ComiPo for. To be honest, I try to only focus on two or three total, but... So far, I'm juggling about five manga projects, maybe six. The two non-comic projects i'm not including in my count.
Am I in over my head? Definitely. What do you guys think? What do you have going on, and how much can you handle?

Well, let's see: Yeah, I think I have too much to do. I think it's too much when you simply can't keep up anymore. For instance, I only just touched my visual novel a few days ago after a two year break. That's not really good...but it's not necessarily bad either. It's good to have lots of ideas, just...organize your time around all of them properly.

I have multiple series that get left in the dust because I lose creative juice a lot even when trying to continue said series

That's a lot to chew.
At the moment, I'm focusing on my ongoing webcomic, Snippets. I'm also doing some prep for an upcoming visual novel (RenPy), but that's touched only lightly. Most of my attention, if not all, is on the webcomic.
I don't like juggling too many things at a time, it usually ends up being too much and some will definitely be abandoned. I'm not good at multitasking. So I prefer focusing solely on one thing and get it done before moving on to another.
